of the features at Bella Vista Italian Village is the option of
placing your condo unit in the community’s rental program. There
will be a professional management company, The Continental Group
Inc, who will obtain rentals for you. Under the terms of the rental
agreement, the management company will pay for many of the running
costs including administration, marketing and housekeeping. Marketing
will be carried out by Millenium Marketing. Owners will be responsible
for property taxes, insurance and capital improvements.
