and hard work over many months of research, involving the thought,
design and coding abilities of our team. We take the theft of our
original work and design very seriously and will seek to take legal
action against the webmaster and / or owner of any site that deliberately
steals any - or part - of our design, text, graphics, layout, body text, metas,
titles or anything that may resemble our work. We will also contact the
offending website's ISP or hosting company and ask them to remove the
offending copyright breach from their servers.

Please note, we have considerable experience in these matters as our
work has been copied many times before and run continuous searches
for copying on all the major search engines having dated evidence of our
own work from online sources such as WayBackMachine, the index of
Google and email / word documents placed with our Lawyers and stored
locally. As part of our 'copyright close down' procedure, we will also
'name and shame' the offenders, on this page.
