Reservations & deposits

All reservations must go to a Purchase Agreement within 10 business days and a balance of 10% paid within 30 days of signing the Agreement. Receipt of the contract and 10% deposit locks in the price of the home. An additional 10% deposit (overseas buyers) is due 90 days after contract.
