DESIGN FEATURES

The Tuscan and Monaco Townhomes. These spacious, two-story townhomes each offer 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (the Tuscan is also available with an optional 5th bedroom). These units are configured in 4, 6, and 8 unit buildings.
On the parking side of every residence is a privacy courtyard offering a private spa. The townhomes front either on a green space area or on a sidewalk and boulevard with the elevations varying appropriately.
