| Welcome to ** Florida Palms ** Come and pamper yourselves at our stunning luxurious villa, recently awarded the coveted SOUTHERN DUNES 'Love your house award!' Furnished and decorated by Interior Designer our fabulous new 4 bed 3 bath home in Florida has pool and jacuzzi, private garden and backs directly on to a fairway. It is fully air conditioned and has a quality entertainment system including PS2. Our family are very proud and excited about our new home and hope that you will be too.We are 15 minutes to Disney World. Weekly rates are from £440. Florida Palms is beautifully furnished in soft pastel colours predominantly with a blue and yellow theme. It is fully air-conditioned. The pool has underwater lighting and the deck area is oversize to comfortably accommodate both the pool and the jacuzzi. There are loungers, tables and chairs and the the covered seating area has an overhead rotating fan to keep the area pleasantly cool on those many hot days and evenings. There are two queen master suites with ensuite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. The main master has sliding doors leading to the pool area. The home comfortably accommodates eight people. The views to the rear are uninterrupted views of the golf course. It is very pleasant to relax in the pool or spa or with a refreshing drink after a day at the theme parks or beach or playing golf and look out at the beautiful trees and shrubs on the course often watching a magnificent sunset. There is a removable children’s safety netting around the immediate pool area should there be children in the party. Southern Dunes is a secure gated community providing added peace of mind. At the entrance there is a Bank, a petrol station and a Super Wal-Mart selling food and basically everything else you are ever likely to need. There is a Blockbuster video store and also a W C Penny – for the odd drink or three! The complex has community pools, tennis courts, gymnasium, pool table and children’s play area as well as a picturesque lake. There are nearby restaurants just minutes away. Especially for golfers where you can tee off just minutes away from the villa and be tested on a really prestigious championship course it is absolutely ideal. Celebrities play on this course and you may sometimes see a star or two. However, whether you are a golf enthusiast or not the impressive clubhouse has an inviting bar as well as a restaurant serving very good quality breakfast, lunch and dinner. A well stocked golf shop is adjacent to the clubhouse selling quality branded clothing and equipment. All the major theme parks are easily accessible and both the Atlantic coast to the east and the Gulf coast to the west are a very comfortable 60 minute drive on the Interstate 4 motorway that is only a matter of minutes away. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required when this balance is paid. Latter will be refunded immediately following report from Management Company confirming villa and contents have not been damaged. Pool and spa heating if required is charged at £12/$20 per day. We recommend that guests take this option during the slightly cooler months from October through to March when the sun cannot be completely relied upon to heat the pool.
